Tuition and Fees

 

2017-18 School Year

Tuition:           $19,960
Various Fees:  $400 - $625 (Registration Fee Included)

 

At the registration deadline (March 12, 2018 for incoming freshmen, June 9, 2018 for accepted transfer students), a non-refundable $400.00 deposit is required.

Below is the total cost per class to attend Loyola High School.  Included in the total cost is tuition, registration and all of the required fees for the 2017-2018 academic school year.

Loyola High School has again chosen to partner with FACTS Management Company to help manage our monthly tuition and fees payment program. You will have two options to pay for tuition this year.                    

 

Full Payment
If you are planning on paying your tuition in full, please pay Loyola High School directly by July 15, 2018 [FACTS form not required].  Please contact Ms. Angelica Young at 213-381-5121 ext. 1320 for further details.

Monthly Payment Option
10 monthly payments from July 2018-April 2019

It is mandatory that all new families paying monthly must enroll in FACTS by March 14, 2017 for incoming freshmen and June 10, 2017 for accepted transfer students. YOUR REGISTRATION PACKET FOR THE FALL SEMESTER WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE IF YOU HAVE NOT SUBMITTED A FACTS FORM. Click here to enroll in FACTS  
If you are currently enrolled in the FACTS program you will be automatically re-enrolled, if we do not hear from you by June 30th, 2018.  If you should have any questions please contact Ms. Angelica Young at 213-381-5121 ext. 1320.

 

Payment Method 

The FACTS plan offers two options to pay tuition and you can choose either the 5th or 20th of the month to pay your tuition.   

 

1) Electronic debit, as authorized by parents, from their bank accounts (checking or savings accounts). There is an annual FACTS fee of $46.00 for families choosing the 10 month option. It is important to note that FACTS Management Company and Loyola High School never see your bank account nor have any direct access to your account. FACTS complies with State and federal laws to be completely confidential and limited to what has been authorized by the parents to control the automatic payment process.

 

2) Credit cards- FACTS accepts the following credit cards, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. If you choose to pay tuition through your Credit Card you will be charged 2.85% per payment.  For example: If your monthly tuition payment is $500.00 you will be charged an additional $14.25 for a total charge to your credit card of $514.25. 

 

In addition, FACTS Management Company offers a “Piece of Mind” option for families in the event of a death of the responsible party or their legal spouse. For a minimal fee of $17 a year the FACTS Management Company will insure up to $30,000 in paid tuition in the event of the death of a spouse.
